We specialize in high-quality Operation & Maintenance services, as well as in Asset Management services. We offer support in the administrative, legal and tax areas. Monitoring operating 24/7, 365 days a year, allows us to react immediately to any disruptions. Our dispatchers analyze data on an ongoing basis using SCADA systems, including the proprietary EMACS system.

PV Farms

24/7 Monitoring – our team of qualified specialists operating on modern SCADA systems ensure uninterrupted function of solar farms and wind farm energy stations. When a failure is detected, we start the initial diagnosis procedure and, if possible, repair is performed remotely. However, if it is not possible to remove the defect remotely, one of service teams located throughout the country, is going to the site and repair a failure.

Preventive Maintenance, i.e. regular monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections as well as scheduled shutdowns. These types of audits also include winter inspections (including thermal imaging). It is a personalised service, tailored to the client’s needs. We perform inspections recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment, as well as inspections during the warranty period, and those required by Polish construction law.

Corrective Maintenance, i.e. activities required in order to restore the equipment to the condition it was in prior to the failure. We perform corrective repairs as a separate service or in conjunction with the management of the spare parts warehouse.

Warranty and Insurance Claims – we prepare reports for the insurer and evaluate damages. We also indicate those components that may fail in the future in connection with the event. We provide services in terms of cost estimation and determination of the extent of damage.

Wind Farms

Preventive Maintenance – We offer comprehensive maintenance of turbines as well as equipment’s condition verification. We make sure that the wind farms work continuously, with as few failures and planned shutdowns as possible. Inspections performed at regular intervals eliminate most defects resulting from normal use of the facility’s infrastructure.

Corrective & Large Corrective Maintenance – We offer comprehensive services – both large corrective and worn parts replacement. The service includes damage diagnosis, replacement of depreciated parts as well as service and complex repairs/replacement of major parts.

Turbines Audit – We perform turbine audits that allow an assessment of the wind turbine technical condition before the end of the warranty or before the purchase of a used turbine. We provide reliable picture of the turbine’s main components condition and protection against unplanned costs.

Emergency Service – When a malfunction is detected, we initiate the preliminary diagnosis procedure and, if possible, the repair is carried out remotely. If it is not possible, Electrum Solutions sends one of its service teams rapidly.

    Energy Cluster of Zgorzelec for GEPOL DYSTRYBUCJA

    As Electrum group, we developed an infrastructure capable of connecting 55MWp (of which we connected 49MWp) in the “design and build” business model. We created a microgrid for ten households powered by an intelligent MV grid system. As Electrum Solutions, we have delivered and made a SCADA system for a facility with a connection capacity of 55MWp, implementing a proprietary EMACS system. The facility consists of 55 individual billing points, 68 energy meters and over 40,000 variables.

    Implementation components:

    photovoltaic installations and GPO 20 / 110kV,

    • system-based online data handling from inverters, security
    devices, analyzers, energy meters and meteorological devices,

    • system-based online data handling from GPO and the GPZ
    connection point, along with the reading of billing energy

    compensation of reactive power, based on measurements at the
    connection point,

    As Electrum Group, we have completed the turnkey implementation of photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 33MWP in the Zhytomyr Oblast in Ukraine. The works were carried out in the EPC formula. As Electrum Solutions, we delivered and made a SCADA system for the facility, implementing our proprietary EMACS system. The Bolohyvsky Solar Park is 33 MWp photovoltaic farm, 2 billing points, stringbox and tracker monitoring, communication with the DSO and as many as 28,000 variables.
